About The Role We are seeking a versatile and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of healthcare platforms, cloud-native services, and distributed systems that support our innovative healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will span across platform engineering, application development, cloud infrastructure, integration services, and healthcare workflow solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud technology and healthcare, influencing the design and implementation of systems that directly impact healthcare delivery and patient care. The ideal candidate is passionate about building reliable, secure, and scalable platforms, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or platform engineering within a fast-paced technology environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience developing enterprise software applications or cloud platforms. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript. Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud technologies. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices. Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated industries (preferred). Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred). Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or SMART on FHIR (preferred). Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data engineering solutions (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, cloud-native software solutions and services. Build and support healthcare applications, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities. Develop secure, reliable, and highly available systems running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and operational teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Participate in system design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives. Contribute to automation, observability, security, and continuous delivery practices. Support modernization efforts leveraging cloud technologies, healthcare interoperability standards, and AI-driven capabilities. Drive innovation in healthcare technology through research and implementation of emerging trends. Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices across projects.
