Data Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys turning information into meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that make complex information easy to understand. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to support business goals. Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality standards. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and practical manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven analysis and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Excel and analytical tools such as Python or R is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
