Data Engineer

Data Engineer – Snowflake Data Platform We are seeking a Data Engineer to join a growing enterprise data team responsible for building and enhancing a modern data platform that powers analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will focus on developing scalable data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake and creating trusted, analytics-ready data products that support business intelligence, APIs, and advanced analytics. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources into Snowflake using APIs, AWS S3, and batch processing. Transform raw data into curated, analytics-ready datasets and reusable data products for downstream consumers. Develop and optimize Snowflake tables, views, and SQL queries to improve performance and usability. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability, accuracy, and timely delivery. Implement data validation, quality checks, and governance best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new data sources and support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. Maintain scheduling and orchestration workflows while optimizing pipeline performance and cost. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the data platform. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake , including data modeling, tables, views, and performance tuning. Advanced SQL skills with experience transforming and optimizing large datasets. Experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT data pipelines. Experience working with cloud storage platforms such as AWS S3 and API-based data integrations. Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and analytics-focused database design. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data quality analysis skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with contact center technologies such as Avaya, Genesys, NICE, Dynamics, or IVR platforms . Familiarity with Data Mesh or data product architecture. Experience supporting Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. Exposure to AI/ML data enablement, semantic layers, or API-driven analytics. Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Snowflake Tasks. Why Join Us?
