About The Role The role drives the development of highly performant, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for a core product line. This position focuses on translating complex workflows into intuitive web applications, optimizing front-end performance, and maintaining a robust component library used across engineering teams. Working alongside product designers and backend engineers, the role ensures seamless API integrations and state management that can scale to millions of active users. The team prioritizes clean architecture, comprehensive testing, and modern frontend development standards. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit or Zustand Collaborate with product designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible user interfaces following WCAG 2.1 AA compliance guidelines Optimize application performance, minimizing bundle sizes, reducing render times, and managing efficient browser caching strategies Establish and scale reusable UI component libraries using Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or similar design system tooling Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to maintain high code quality standards Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and mentor associate engineers on modern frontend best practices What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in frontend web development Deep proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and the modern React ecosystem Strong understanding of browser APIs, CSS/HTML, asset optimization, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack Experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing asynchronous state, and handling complex client-side caching Solid grasp of frontend security best practices, including XSS prevention, CSRF mitigation, and secure authentication flows Bonus: Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks, mobile-responsive design paradigms, or cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/GCP) Show more Show less
