Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack PHP Developer role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support brokerage operations, data management, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing clean, secure PHP code, implementing front-end interfaces, integrating databases and third-party APIs, and troubleshooting application issues. The role involves collaborating with brokerage professionals and operations staff to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and refine features based on feedback. The developer will also help improve performance, ensure data integrity, maintain documentation, and support ongoing enhancements to existing systems. Qualifications Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with at least one modern PHP framework (such as Laravel or Symfony). Solid front-end skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with front-end libraries or frameworks is an advantage. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL), including schema design and query optimization. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, application integration, and secure data handling practices. Understanding of version control tools (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows. Comfort working across the full stack, from database and business logic layers through to user-facing interfaces. Ability to gather requirements, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience with deployment, basic DevOps practices, and maintaining applications in production environments is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Interest or experience in real estate, financial services, or data-driven business environments is a plus.
