About The Role We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at Axius Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, interactive, and visually compelling data visualization interfaces. You will work closely with data scientists, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences that effectively communicate complex analytical insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional prototypes and production-ready applications. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and enhance our platform's usability and performance. Qualifications Hands-on proficiency with SVG, Canvas, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and LESS. Prefer expertise with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, famo.us, and Ionic. Experience deploying Node.js applications on cloud-based hosting platforms. Experience with mobile development technologies for iOS and Android is highly advantageous. Ability to write unit tests for Angular.js using Karma, and functional tests with Protractor, Selenium, or similar tools. Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL databases is a plus. Proven ability to build functional UI prototypes that demonstrate design concepts and user flows. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design and develop interactive, user-friendly data visualization interfaces that effectively communicate analytical insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and prototypes. Implement responsive and accessible UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Utilize visualization libraries such as D3.js to create dynamic and engaging graphical representations of data. Deploy and maintain front-end applications on cloud hosting platforms, ensuring scalability and performance. Write comprehensive unit and functional tests to ensure code quality and application reliability. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile development processes to foster continuous improvement.
