Title : Quality Assurance Software Engineer (BTP) Location : Remote, must be comfortable working EST hours Job Type : 12 Month Contract + Yearly Extensions Compensation : $55/hr to $64/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.   • 5+ years of experience in Test Automation
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud platform testing (ideally AWS)
  • 5+ years of experience with Playwright (Java)
  • 5+ years of experience with test management systems
  • 3+ years of experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience developing and/or operating multiple BTP + extensions and services from the technical side A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. The BTP Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing a re-useable approach to BTP Test Automation. You will be expected to understand and analyze the requirements and procedures of BTP Testing and create, execute, and optimize BTP Test Cases, Test Automation, and Automation Scripts. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a reusable approach to BTP Test Automation and the associated framework
  • Coach and mentor others on the adoption of BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques
  • Analyze and understand BTP Testing Procedures and Requirements
  • Develop and execute BTP test plans, cases, and automation, including manual testing when required
  • Identify, document, and conduct follow-ups on bugs and quality issues. This includes utilizing logging, monitoring, and other tools to provide information upstream.
  • Regularly revisit BTP test cases and strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality based on rapid release plans for a multitude of products.
  • Reporting on and documenting BTP testing status and results
