Role Descriptions: Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups| sprint planning| sprint reviews| and retrospective meetings. Team Coaching & Mentoring: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
