Warehouse Associate I Location: Winnipeg, MB Work Type: On-site Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week) Pay: $19.00 per hour About the Role Quality Classrooms is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-reliant Warehouse Associate I to support our daily warehouse operations. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, can work independently with minimal supervision, and contribute positively to a team environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of thinking critically to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar work environment is preferred. Key Responsibilities * Accurately pick, verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment * Prepare shipping documents, labels, and outbound shipments * Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently * Organize inventory and maintain warehouse accuracy * Update order and inventory information using warehouse systems * Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies * Assist with customer pickups and general warehouse housekeeping * Receive inbound shipments and inspect products for damage * Support LTL shipments and other warehouse functions as required What We're Looking For * Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic * Able to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities * Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to support others * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic computer skills; warehouse management system experience is an asset * Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred * Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs Why Join Quality Classrooms? * Stable, full-time employment * Consistent daytime schedule * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within the organization About Quality Classrooms Quality Classrooms is a Canada-wide provider supporting learning environments with high-quality educational resources.
