About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for both client-facing and internal projects. You will work closely with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to create seamless, responsive, and engaging applications using Angular and other modern technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, often requiring the adoption of new tools and techniques, fostering your growth as a technology professional. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an agile environment following Scrum methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI development, specifically with recent versions of Angular (Angular 13 preferred). Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS3, and HTML5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative work style aligned with agile principles. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include UX design skills and experience with .Net / C# development, which can enhance your contribution to our projects. Responsibilities Develop and implement front-end applications using Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate closely with business analysts and UX designers to translate requirements into functional user interfaces. Provide insights and recommendations for new design approaches and technological improvements. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance development processes. Engage in learning and applying unfamiliar technologies as required by project needs. Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within a Scrum team environment. Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to coding standards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
