Java Full Stack / Backend Developer

Technology: Java 17 | Spring Boot | WebFlux | Redis | OAuth2 | Reactive Programming Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and work on building scalable, secure, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Redis, reactive programming, OAuth2 security, and RESTful APIs . The candidate will be responsible for application development, integration, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, and production support while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot . Develop reactive and non-blocking applications using Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor . Implement data storage and caching solutions using Redis and Spring Data Redis . Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security and OAuth2 . Develop asynchronous and reactive processing workflows using Reactor . Implement request and payload validation using JSON Schema Validator . Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following Java and Spring best practices. Develop unit and integration tests and troubleshoot application issues. Implement application logging using Logback . Monitor application performance, logs, and production issues using Splunk dashboards and logs . Deploy and support applications running on PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) . Analyze PCF application logs and troubleshoot deployment/runtime issues. Work with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes. Use Maven for project build, dependency management, and packaging. Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain technical documentation and project information in Confluence . Track development tasks, defects, and project activities using Jira . Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
