About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on several innovative projects aimed at improving the world through technology. You will collaborate closely with our lead developers and project managers, participating in the full lifecycle of app development—from design and coding to testing and deployment. Immediate availability is preferred, as we aim to onboard the right candidate quickly to start contributing to our ongoing projects. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter development. Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS and/or Android platforms. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and project management tools like Jira. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills. Availability for meetings between 9 am to 1 pm EST, with flexibility to work outside these hours. Willingness to undergo identity verification processes. Having 4+ years of overall software development experience is preferred. Comfortable with completing technical assessments and joining projects immediately. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities for this role include: Developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Implementing user interfaces and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices. Integrating third-party APIs and services as required by project specifications. Testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and stability. Maintaining documentation related to code, features, and project workflows. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating new technologies when appropriate. Communicating progress and challenges effectively with team members and stakeholders.
