IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring multiple Forklift Operators for our client. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours and a consistent continental shift rotation. Location: GTA Schedule Requirement: Candidates must be available to work a Monday to Friday – Morning, Afternoon, Nights, or 12-hour continental Position Summary:The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight within a warehouse environment, as well as inventory tracking, freight investigation, and general warehouse support duties. Wage$18 - $22 Key Responsibilities Operate forklift safely and efficiently Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory Load, unload, and move freight within the warehouse Keep accurate inventory records Perform general warehouse duties as assigned Utilize equipment such as pump trucks, two-wheel dollies, box knives, and ladders as required Requirements Valid forklift certification (minimum of 6 months experience) Experienced working with Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Dock Stocker, walkie or order picker Previous warehouse experience is required CSA-approved safety boots (mandatory) Strong counting and inventory skills Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment Strong written and verbal English communication skills Skills & Competencies Detail-oriented and analytical Accurate and precise Strong organizational skills Problem-solving ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working a rotating continental schedule, we encourage you to apply today.
