Network Engineer

We're hiring a Network Engineer to help deploy, provision, and operate our network. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with a clear growth path into senior network engineering and eventually management as we scale. Responsibilities Configure MikroTik and Ubiquiti hardware: routing, VLANs, bandwidth policies, firewall/NAT Coordinate with field technicians and installers to keep installs clean and predictable Maintain and administer routing, switching, in-building distribution, wireless links, monitoring, and authentication Troubleshoot outages, performance degradation, and packet-loss issues across the network Participate in on-call rotation and incident response Implement and extend network designs set by the senior network engineer Qualifications Network engineering or senior network technician experience Strong practical knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting Experience with MikroTik RouterOS (routing, VLANs, firewall/NAT, QoS/queues) Experience with Ubiquiti gear (UniFi and/or airMAX/airFiber) Experience configuring and turning up service in MDU or multi-tenant environments Comfortable working across both office and field.
