About The Role The role focuses on the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure supporting high-throughput, low-latency applications. The team sits at the intersection of software engineering and systems operations, building the automated platforms and self-healing systems that keep production environments resilient. This position is critical for scaling infrastructure to handle millions of daily active operations, designing disaster recovery strategies, and embedding observability deep into the core software architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for containerized microservices, ensuring high availability and proper resource utilization Implement comprehensive observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to proactively detect and alert on system anomalies Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions or GitLab CI to automate testing, security scanning, and deployments Participate in an on-call rotation, leading incident response, conducting blameless post-mortems, and writing root-cause analyses (RCAs) What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering in a production cloud environment Strong proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, preferably Python or Go Deep expertise with Linux systems administration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Hands-on experience managing infrastructure at scale using Terraform and AWS services BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with service mesh architectures (Istio, Linkerd), configuration management tools (Ansible), or managing distributed data systems like Kafka and PostgreSQL Show more Show less
