Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Facility: Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Location: Titusville, FL Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $28-$35/hour Are you passionate about helping individuals regain their communication and swallowing abilities? Join our dynamic team at BVista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Titusville, FL! Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per physician orders. Document findings accurately and neatly in standardized evaluation formats, adhering to all guidelines. Develop individualized treatment plans, including long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, therapeutic interventions, and clinical guidelines. Obtain and manage physician orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges. Deliver comprehensive treatments, utilizing appropriate modalities and modifying approaches as necessary while adhering to patient precautions. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA and the Florida State Board. Current license and/or registration in the state of Florida. Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
