Job Description Job Description We're Hiring - Intermediate/Senior Bookkeeper (Full Time) New Wings Bookkeeping Ltd. is a growing bookkeeping and consulting firm looking for a detail-oriented Intermediate/Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. This position supports one Certified Professional Bookkeeper and one Junior Bookkeeper and includes a mix of bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities ? Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Sage 50 ? Payroll processing ? Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable ? Bank and credit card reconciliations ? Monthly financial reporting ? General administrative and office support What We're Looking For • 5+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience • Experience with QuickBooks Online and Sage 50 • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation is considered an asset Position Details ?
