That help comes in many ways.Job SummaryReporting to the Manager of Support and Navigation, the Support and Navigation Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for all direct client services, virtual programs, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They will assist with program logistics, scheduling, record-keeping, reporting and supporting the evaluation of program activities. The successful candidate will invest in building community relationships and establishing meaningful connections with our clientele.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support for direct client care services and virtual programmingRespond to inquiries from staff, clients, and volunteers related to client services and virtual programsCoordinate ongoing registration, communications, and data entry for virtual programsSchedule virtual programs and presentations using the Zoom for Healthcare platform, ensuring timely distribution of access links and program detailsProvide administrative support for the delivery and expansion of the Tele-Counselling and Psychotherapy programAssist in the development, review, and updating of materials for the Support and Navigation DepartmentAttend staff meetings, departmental meetings, and working groups, as requiredCoordinate and support monthly department meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and distributing meeting summariesAssist with the preparation of program reports and maintain accurate, current, and objective recordsTravel as requiredQualifications:A 2-yr diploma in health, social services field an/or educationMust be bilingual in French and English. Unilingual candidates will not be consideredRelevant administrative experience within a nonprofit, community services, or charitable environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience in the nonprofit or charitable sector is preferredMust embody the vision and values of the ASNBAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamHands-on experience with database systems and toolsProficient in Zoom and Microsoft programsSensitive to the impact of Alzheimer's disease on the individual and the familyMust be approachable, have solid communication skills and a warm positive attitude with active listening skillsExperience working with diverse communities and a commitment to equity and inclusionExcellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and ZoomPossess a valid NB driver's license and be available to travel within the regionWhat We Offer:A supportive, mission-aligned team environmentCollaborative cul
