Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Officer to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our financial services team. This role is responsible for processing investment transaction documents, maintaining accurate client and transaction records, coordinating with financial advisers and external financial institutions, and responding professionally to inquiries from clients and business partners. The successful candidate will also assist with reception duties, online inquiries, adviser training coordination, and other general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, along with the ability and willingness to learn financial products, internal systems, and industry procedures. Job Responsibilities: * Process investment transaction documents and organize records using the company's management system. * Coordinate with financial advisers on trade-related matters. * Professionally respond to inquiries from clients, advisers and fund companies. * Communicate and coordinate with banks, fund companies, and insurance companies to handle trade related documents and transaction issues. * Responsible for reception duties and handling online inquiries. * Coordinate and arrange training sessions for advisers. * Complete other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors. * Continuously learn and strengthen knowledge of company?s products and services to accurately and promptly resolve client issues. Qualifications & Preferred Attributes: * College diploma or higher education. * Proficient in office software. * Strong customer service skills and teamwork spirit. * Excellent communication skills and learning ability. * Friendly, patient, detail and multi-tasking oriented. * Candidates with relevant licenses, industry experience, or related academic background will be preferred. * Proficiency in English is required; multilingual candidates ( Mandarin) are preferred.
