Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Location: Chapel Hill / Pittsboro, NC (Onsite/ Hybrid) About the Company Medspa 501 is an integrated medical wellness practice serving patients across Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, NC. Our 1Wellness Program is a membership-based precision longevity and functional medicine practice focused on proactively addressing chronic disease risk before symptoms appear. We leverage advanced diagnostics — including genetics, biomarkers, imaging, and performance testing — to build personalized, data-driven care plans. Role Overview We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to serve as the primary clinical provider for the Extend and Optimize tracks of our 1Wellness program. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role with significant opportunity to help design and shape the clinical model. You will manage a longitudinal patient panel while contributing to the development of protocols, workflows, and care strategies in a precision medicine setting. Key Responsibilities Patient Care Conduct comprehensive consultations using advanced labs, genetics, imaging, and functional data Develop individualized care plans across lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and pharmacotherapy Manage therapies including GLP-1s, HRT, peptide therapy, and related interventions Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and biomarkers Build and maintain long-term patient relationships Program Development Contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, and patient journey design Support development of risk scoring and outcome tracking Collaborate with physicians and clinical pharmacist on care models Team Collaboration Partner with multidisciplinary clinical team Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance Qualifications Required NP or PA license (NC or eligible) DEA registration (or eligible) Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PA-C, or equivalent) Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) Experience with GLP-1 therapies (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) Experience managing patients longitudinally Strong ability to interpret complex clinical data Preferred Background in precision, functional, or integrative medicine Experience with advanced biomarkers (ApoB, Lp(a), insulin, thyroid panels) Familiarity with CGM, VO2 max, DEXA, or similar tools Experience building clinical programs or workflows What This Role Is Not Not a high-volume or episodic care role Not a traditional med-spa position Not a plug-and-play environment What We Offer Opportunity to help build a precision longevity program from the ground up Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment Exposure to advanced diagnostics and therapies Engaged patient population Competitive compensation Ongoing learning and development opportunities How to Apply Apply directly through LinkedIn or message me to learn more.
