Location: Remote - Must sit in EST Contract Duration: 12 months with potential to extend/convert Pay rate: $45-50/hr NO C2C About this role: Manage 2+ squads Provide weekly project and scrum team status report Enforce the capturing of productivity metrics, raise and address gaps, early escalation, and effective reporting of progress and accomplishments Provide Agile coaching for scrum team members Experience: 5+ years of agile scrum master experience Experience leading 2+ scrum teams at once Experience working with offshore teams Jira + Confluence experience Can do sprint reports, understands velocity, burndown, points remaining/overcommitment Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent professional experience required Interested?
