AI Automation Engineer

Job description

Agentic Solutions builds and ships custom AI systems for B2B teams. We design agentic client-acquisition engines, automate the workflows that eat our clients' hours, and deliver working agents, not slideware. We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build and ship those systems. You will own projects end to end: scope the workflow, build the agent, wire the integrations, and get it running in the client's real stack.

What you'll do

Build custom AI agents and automations (LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, retrieval)

Integrate with the tools clients already use: CRMs, email, Slack, Notion, databases, APIs

Turn a manual, multi-step workflow into an agent that owns it start to finish

Ship fast, measure, and iterate with the client in the loop

What we're looking for

Strong Python or TypeScript, with real experience putting LLM APIs into production

You have actually built agents or automations that ran against real data, not just demos

Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and gluing systems together

Clear written communication: you can scope a problem and explain a tradeoff

Nice to have

Claude or OpenAI APIs, n8n, vector databases, or browser automation
