We have a Full-time opportunity for you as AI Developer @ Addison, TX / Charlotte, NC Role: AI Developer Locations: Addison, TX / Charlotte, NC Type of Hiring: FTE Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Experience working with AI agent frameworks and strong understanding of agent workflows and execution patterns ⦁ Practical experience in Python with LLM integration and prompt engineering Preferred Skill and Experience ⦁ Working knowledge of Java and familiarity with BFS domain (risk models / scoring systems) ⦁ Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector-based retrieval ⦁ Familiarity with working with building and integrating APIs and microservices ⦁ Working knowledge of streaming/data processing tools and understanding of Responsible AI concept
