Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user needs, creating prompt frameworks for different use cases (such as idea validation, pitch preparation, market research, and learning support), and iterating based on performance and stakeholder feedback. The role will involve collaborating with product, program, and technical teams to integrate prompts into platforms and workflows, documenting best practices, and ensuring outputs are accurate, inclusive, and aligned with CODE's mission. This is a part-time remote role, requiring effective time management, clear communication, and proactive collaboration with distributed team members. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts clearly and adapt tone to different audiences. Comfort with basic technical concepts in AI, data, and software, and the ability to collaborate with product and engineering teammates. Understanding of startups, digital entrepreneurship, or innovation ecosystems, ideally with experience supporting founders or programs. Attention to detail, commitment to ethical and inclusive AI use, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines), or equivalent practical experience. Experience in the MENA region or familiarity with Saudi Arabia's digital economy and startup ecosystem is a plus.
