Job Description Job Title: Prompt Engineer Location: Las Vegas, NV Remote Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Contract Duration: 3-6 month Contract to Hire Salary Ranges Junior to Mid: $55,000–$70,000 Senior: $80,000–$100,000 Role Overview This role focuses on optimizing AI influencer content performance by rigorously testing and developing prompt engineering strategies. The goal is to create repeatable frameworks and systems that produce engaging, shareable AI-generated media, not to build application code. Engineering & Technology Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI features, settings, and workflows for high-engagement content. Design, execute, and refine prompt strategies across various media formats. Identify impactful feature combinations for superior AI content generation. Assess content discoveries based on attention capture, shareability, and audience growth. Build modular, reusable prompt templates for operators. Develop prompt structures for product integration and future tooling. Document findings and maintain an evolving internal knowledge base. Monitor social media trends and translate them into prompt strategies. Conduct ongoing experimentation and analyze performance metrics. Required Qualifications Strong social media fluency and understanding of platform performance drivers. Ability to forecast content outcomes on social platforms. Highly experimental mindset and willingness to explore creative boundaries. Strong systems thinking for creating repeatable frameworks. Hands-on experience with AI-generated content tools and prompting techniques. Clear written communication skills for documentation. Analytical aptitude for test design and data-driven decisions. Preferred Qualifications Scripting or programming experience. Professional content creation or social media management background. Commercial prompt engineering experience.
