Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-powered applications. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and software development who are eager to solve real-world business problems using artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models. Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets. Build scalable data pipelines to support AI and machine learning workflows. Implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms. Design and optimize predictive models for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve model accuracy through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning. Deploy machine learning models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices. Monitor production models and retrain them as needed to maintain performance. Document model architecture, experiments, and technical processes. Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 0–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software development. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python. Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or XGBoost.
