Job Title: Angular Developer – AI-Native Development Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote (OnShore) Employment Type: Full-Time Base Salary : 85K + benefits + Bonus* About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Angular Developer with AI-Native Development experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Angular development, TypeScript, and frontend architecture, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and AI-powered engineering workflows. Several internal Angular profiles reference practical use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI to accelerate development and improve code quality. As an AI-Native Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications while using AI to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and development lifecycle efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular 16+ , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. Build reusable, modular, and scalable frontend components following best practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to deliver seamless user experiences. Implement state management solutions using RxJS and NgRx . Optimize application performance through lazy loading, caching, code splitting, and modern Angular architecture patterns. Utilize AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development, code reviews, testing, and documentation workflows. Develop AI-powered frontend experiences, including chatbot interfaces, intelligent search, recommendation engines, and generative AI integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend Engineering. Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, secure, and cross-browser compatible. Exposure to integrating AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar GenAI platforms into applications. Knowledge of Micro Frontends and scalable frontend architecture. Experience with Node.js or Java/Spring Boot backend services. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Understanding of AI-powered UI experiences and conversational interfaces.
