About The Role Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Angular UI Developer for an immediate, long-term contract position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex web application development projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance user interfaces using Angular and related UI frameworks. The position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple projects and teams. The role is based in a hybrid model, requiring three days onsite per week in Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Jersey City, NJ. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of extensive experience in UI development, with a focus on Angular or similar frameworks. A strong command of advanced HTML, JavaScript, and web application development is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in the banking domain, particularly in areas such as Global Markets, Financial Risk, or Treasury, is highly desirable. Additional skills that are beneficial include familiarity with Ag-Grid, HighchartJS, and NgRx. A proactive attitude towards learning, adaptability to team requirements, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities The selected Angular UI Developer will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable, efficient solutions using best practices and design patterns. Responsibilities include handling non-functional requirements such as performance, throughput, and SLA adherence, ensuring the application's responsiveness and stability. The developer will work on rendering large datasets, fetching data via HTTP, and implementing secure authentication mechanisms. They will identify areas for improvement within existing applications and execute enhancements to optimize performance and usability. The role demands managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with team members across geographies, and actively participating in process improvements and automation initiatives. The developer will also contribute to UX design efforts, ensuring that the user interface is aesthetically pleasing and aligned with user experience standards. Additionally, participation in training sessions and cross-functional teamwork is expected to foster continuous learning and development.
