Job Title : Application Developer Pay Rate : $50.00 - $55.00 per hour In this role, you will serve as a key technical contributor, driving the design, configuration, and testing of applications. Working within an Agile framework, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-centric digital products. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Designing and developing scalable, low-code application components, domain models, and microflows to automate business processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and process diagrams. Executing quality assurance by preparing UAT test scripts, performing data validation, and resolving defects during pre-and-post deployment phases. Building and integrating secure data sources, user interfaces, and API connections while ensuring compliance with technical and operational standards. Maintaining comprehensive documentation across the software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and status tracking. Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate Has Hands-on experience developing, configuring, or testing with Low-Code / No-Code (LC/NC) enterprise platforms (such as Mendix or OutSystems). Strong database proficiency, particularly with SQL Server querying, diagnostics, and data mapping. Familiarity with cloud ecosystems ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ) and modern integration practices. Proven Agile/Scrum experience, including active utilization of JIRA for sprint planning, user story refinement, and defect tracking. Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a track record of supporting time-sensitive, high-visibility application rollouts.
