Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description: As an AI engineer, you will be involved in model training, deployment, and maintenance. You will work with RLHF and fine-tuning of LLMs. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and strong AI domain knowledge. This role is critical in delivering an enterprise experience with LLMs. Responsibilitie s:Lead the development and customization of large-scale language models that drive the NeuBird AI platfor m.Implement and experiment with RLHF to enhance model performance and decision-makin g.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into various applications and platform s.Work on model fine-tuning, performance optimization, and continuous improvemen t.Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in language modeling and RLH F.Contribute to research projects and technical publication s.Participate in code reviews and mentorship of junior engineer s. Qualificati ons:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related f ieldExperience with model training, deploying, and maintena nce.Strong knowledge of reinforced feedback techniques and reinforcement learn ing.Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or simi lar.Familiarity with NLP, text generation, and language understand ing.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for addressing complex AI challen ges.Excellent communication and collaboration abilit ies.Self-motivated and eager to stay at the forefront of AI advanceme nts.
