We are seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to provide leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. --- Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting physicians, staff, and patients. Responsibilities include: - Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction - Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows - Oversee preparation of reports. - Supervise administrative and clinical support staff - Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and performance reviews - Foster a positive, collaborative work environment - Collaborate with physicians to reconcile their billings - Oversee staff document and manage invoicing, and payment processes - Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with clinical excellence - Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff --- Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position (family physician clinic setting preferred) - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care - Proficiency in Accuro EMR, and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations an asset Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour Experience: * Accuro EMR : 1 year (required) * Management: 2 years (preferred) * Family Physician Clinic Management : 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
