assistant store manager

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic assistant retail sales manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality. Duties and Responsibilities * Assist in Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel * Assist in Maintain and manage inventory stock levels * Assist in Manage store appearance/daily upkeep. * Assist in Manage alterations dept. to ensure alterations are done correctly, on time and manage tailor dept. efficiency. * Hire and train additional staff as required. * Supervise, motivate and guide staff towards maximum performance and sales goals. * Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget * Manage issues and/or complaints from customers for quick and satisfactory resolution. * Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise * Determine the need for areas of improvements in the store * Manage budgets and sales targets. Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred * Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus * Computer literate and comfortable using POS systems * Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team * Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills * Knowledge of retail management best practices * Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities * Excellent organizing and leadership skills * Menswear or Retail management experience preferred.
