Assistant Store Manager ? Take 5 Oil Change Ajax Location: Ajax, Ontario Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Weekdays, evenings and weekends Take 5 Oil Change Ajax is hiring a reliable and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead technicians and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities * Lead and support the team during assigned shifts * Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services * Train employees and ensure safety procedures are followed * Recommend appropriate vehicle maintenance services * Assist with opening, closing, inventory and daily paperwork * Handle customer concerns and act as manager on duty when required * Maintain a clean, safe and efficient shop Qualifications * Minimum 1?2 years of automotive or quick-lube experience * Ability to properly service common vehicles * Knowledge of recommended intervals for common maintenance services * Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills * Reliable, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Available to work evenings and weekends * Valid Ontario driver?s licence preferred What We Offer * Competitive compensation and performance incentives * Paid training and employee discounts * Full-time hours and advancement opportunities Please apply through Indeed with your resume and relevant automotive and leadership experience.
