About the role: At Reebelo, we're on a mission to make sustainable consumption the default choice. As an Associate Product Manager, you'll learn the craft of product management while contributing to products that shape both sides of our marketplace—helping create seamless customer experiences and empowering our partners and vendors to thrive. You'll operate at the intersection of growth, marketplace dynamics, and user experience, working closely with senior PMs, engineering, design, and our founders. You'll get hands-on exposure across the full product lifecycle and a front-row seat to how decisions are made at a fast-growing global scaleup—with a clear path to grow into a Product Manager role. What You'll Do Contribute to product initiatives across customer experience, seller experience, and growth—starting with well-scoped features and growing into broader ownership over time: Write clear product requirements, user stories, and tickets with guidance from senior PMs Partner with engineering on day-to-day execution (prioritization, clarification, unblocking) Support QA and release quality—test features alongside our QA team, identify edge cases, and help uphold high standards before launch Help improve the full customer journey (discovery → checkout → post-purchase) Contribute to seller tools (inventory, pricing, order management) Assist with new market launches and regional product adaptation Support partner integrations (marketplaces, brands, telcos) Help with category expansion and catalog scaling through tooling and automation What we're looking for: 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, OR relevant experience in adjacent roles (analytics, operations, engineering, design, consulting, or growth) ideally at an e-commerce or marketplace company Genuine interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, and how digital products work Customer-first mindset with a passion for intuitive, high-impact user experiences Strong analytical skills—you're comfortable working with data to find insights and inform decisions Clear communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Fast learner who takes ownership, moves quickly, and treats every problem like it's yours to solve Bonus: experience shipping a side project, internship at a tech company, or prior exposure to a startup environment Why You'll Love Working Here Mentorship & Growth: Direct mentorship from our CPO with a clear development path into a Product Manager role Flexible Work: 1-2 days a week in our NYC, Boston, or SF office if you live nearby Time Off: 20 days PTO, birthday leave & generous paid parental leave benefits Compensation: Competitive salary, retirement benefit of 4% 401(k) employer match, no waiting period and performance bonus Comprehensive Benefits: Robust health, dental and vision benefits.
