Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Application Support Engineer Inviting applications for the role of AWS Solutions Architect for the Financial Crimes Solution In this role, you will be responsible for solutioning client implementations, enabling the successful delivery of the Products Suite and other Financial Crime Compliance Management (FCRM) solutions and services for multiple clients. You will design solutions, bringing together each client’s functional, technical, and security needs while still incorporating industry and team best practices. Responsibilities Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions using Products Suite for business needs or problems in financial crime risk management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), onboarding, outreach, transactions monitoring (TM), risk scoring, and sanctions screening to drive key business outcomes Client facing, continuously work with the business/client to focus on meeting business outcomes and incorporating broader aspects such as overall product quality, user experience feedback, costs/ revenue, risk management, data privacy & regulations, business continuity, information security, integration with internal and external third-party systems, etc Identify opportunities for process improvements involving technology, domain and data management life cycle. Ability to shadow existing operations to document as-is process state and catalogue client environment tools, technology, data assets and database structures. Drive business impact by applying existing digital assets or developing incremental assets within a specific technology stack Ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects with varied stakeholders, Solutions and Technical Architects, engineering teams, product managers, project managers, product analysts, test and project teams, Information Security and Operations Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders for business requirements, liaising with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products for global markets Work with technology, service, and data vendors, evaluate offerings for continued and/or further integration, as well as recommending their discontinuation Problem solver, ability to work independently to resolve discrepancies with clients and service lines throughout the engagement Lead and train team members Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics Relevant experience in a solution architect/automation / digital transformation / product development role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms Excellent client management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills Good experience in cloud computing solutions using AWS IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities, scalable products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on multi-platform /hybrid clouds (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Rackspace, VMware, or OpenStack) Advanced understanding of cloud, software as a service solution architecture, data management and enrichment, integrations with external third-party systems, API management Conceptual and analytical skills – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies Experience with mission critical technology components with DR capabilities, multi-geography, multi-tier services management Preferred qualifications AWS implementation experience AWS certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, etc. Experience working, designing, and/or leading implementations of Case Management systems CAMS certification and/or prior experience of solutions in Financial Crimes or the Compliance domain Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing Ability to drive collaboration across large geographically spread teams Why join Genpact?
