Babysitter wanted for childcare in London

My 9 year old has developmental delays, and is non verbal. He is very sweet, but needs support for dressing, prompting for eating/drinking and washroom. And the other two are busy, as they should be at their age. I would need help with school mornings 7-9am, and then occasionally after school for help with childcare, meal prep, laundry and random evenings for events/outings with spouse.
