Back End Developer

Our client is investing heavily in modern technology to better serve its customers and partners. They are launching a brand-new B2B collaboration platform and are seeking Python Developers who enjoy building from scratch and want to make a real impact on a highly visible, greenfield initiative. What You’ll Do Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI to support a modern B2B web application serving thousands of users Collaborate closely with frontend engineers (Vue), business analysts, and testers to design and deliver new features end-to-end Develop and support data synchronization between legacy systems and a new, modern platform Participate in design discussions, technical decision-making, and iterative delivery in an agile environment Help establish best practices and technical foundations for a brand-new product What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Python development experience, with a strong focus on building APIs Experience working with FastAPI (or similar modern Python frameworks) Hands-on experience with data integration or data synchronization across systems Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, fast-paced team Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH three days per week Nice to Have Cloud experience (AWS or similar) Experience working on greenfield development or net-new platforms Exposure to modern frontend frameworks and API-first design Why Join Highly visible, greenfield platform with long-term impact Strong culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and ownership Opportunity to shape the foundation of a modern B2B product at scale
