We're supported by Pear VC, Streamlined Ventures, 645 Ventures, and Hawktail. The Role Build and scale the core systems powering our AI platform. Work on RAG pipelines, vector search, LLM orchestration, and high-throughput APIs. What You'll Do Build high-performance APIs for ad serving, bidding, and campaign management Design scalable data pipelines for advertiser content ingestion and semantic indexing Optimize vector search and matching systems for ad retrieval and relevance Integrate ML models into production with robust monitoring and fallback strategies Implement real-time analytics and reporting infrastructure for campaign performance Own service reliability through observability, alerting, and incident response What We're Looking For Backend engineering experience with high-scale distributed systems Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Go Experience building production APIs that handle high traffic volumes Deep understanding of SQL and vector databases Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design Nice to Have Experience with ad tech, programmatic advertising, or RTB systems Background in ML infrastructure or model serving Familiarity with real-time systems and event streaming Open-source contributions or technical writing Show more Show less
