Work Snapshot Type: Full-time Position Location: Remote Commitment: Sprint-based project running in 12 24 hour stretches based on project requirements Commission: $85/hour (Typical accepted tasks pay approximately $400 and take 2 3 hours after ramp-up) What You Ll Be Doing Complete and evaluate complex backend engineering tasks using coding agents Review model-generated code for correctness, quality, maintainability, and performance Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in generated outputs Compare outputs from multiple models and assess strengths and weaknesses Apply engineering judgment to real-world backend engineering scenarios What We Re Looking For Strong experience in backend engineering Strong experience building APIs, distributed systems, microservices, backend platforms, or databases Strong experience using coding agents and developer productivity tools Ability to evaluate model-generated code and identify bugs, edge cases, and architectural tradeoffs Strong experience working on large-scale production systems How To Apply Upload resume Interview Submit form Show more Show less
