Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled: Backend (Python) Senior Engineer to join our team for an exciting Full Time Opportunity with one of our esteemed clients, based in Dallas, TX // Plano, TX // Fort Worth, TX for an Onsite Role. Title: Backend (Python) Senior Engineer Location: Dallas, TX // Plano, TX // Fort Worth, TX (5 Days Onsite/week) Full Time Opportunity Job Description We are seeking a Senior Backend Python Engineer with 8 12 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade web applications using Python (3.4+), Django (2.1+) or Flask. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, scalable system architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native applications, along with hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, OLAP/OLTP, multithreading, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX teams to build end-to-end Data-to-Decision platforms, integrate AI/ML outputs through REST APIs, and leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, and documentation. The role requires experience working in large, fast-paced engineering teams, strong architectural decision-making, troubleshooting, project leadership, and proficiency with GitHub for version control. Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP, messaging brokers such as RabbitMQ, Nginx/Apache, ReactJS, RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, WorkFusion), and high-traffic infrastructure deployment will be an added advantage. A Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) is required.
