Job Description Job Description Barista/All Rounder - Full Time/Part Time Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, i.e. coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and the store - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Follow food safety guidelines in the preparation and handling of food items - Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks - Lift 20 to 30 lbs, on as required basis Skills: - Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating orders - Excellent time management to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment - Experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe proportions Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
