Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in the food industry. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent service to our customers, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment. Duties * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to recipes and customer preferences * Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils * Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery * Follow all food handling procedures to maintain safety and quality standards * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Qualifications * Have previous barista experience at least a year. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively * Experience in the food industry is a plus * Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing * Knowledge of food safety practices is essential * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Barista and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional service and delicious beverages!
