We are passionate about providing exceptional coffee experiences and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. Job Description: As a Barista at Deville Coffee, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting the service of high-quality beverages and food with excellent customer service, maintaining a positive team environment and culture, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your role will include: * Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Taking orders and communicating effectively with your team. * Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and more. * Operating coffee-making equipment and ensuring it is well-maintained. * Keeping the cafe clean and organized, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. * Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. * Adhering to all health and safety guidelines. * Assisting with the preparation and service of high quality food items. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required. * Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
