1971 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria BC Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment and assist in all operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. This is a Part Time position (1-3 shifts a week) and priority will be given to candidates who have open and flexible availability. Duties - Take customer orders and process payments accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dishwashing - Assist in restocking inventory and supplies - Upsell menu items to increase sales Qualifications - Prior experience as a Barista is required - Proficiency in cashiering, basic math, and food handling - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating a positive experience for our customers!
