Job Summary We're looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to help support our team. *Only candidates that apply in person will be considered. Latte art is an asset. Average hourly pay with gratuities is $28/hour. * The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing espresso beverages, enjoys working in a busy coffee shop environment, and is capable of effectively taking direction and multitasking. A successful candidate will have coffee shop experience, bartending experience, a passion for making drinks, and strong customer service skills. This is the perfect opportunity for the dedicated Barista to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops new products and is part of a fantastic community. Baristas at L'espresso receive good tips compared to other coffee shops in the city.
