Le Croissant Chaud is a French artisan bakery and café located in downtown Victoria. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where customers can enjoy authentic French pastries, breads, and beverages, paired with genuine hospitality and a memorable café experience. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced barista/front of house team member to join us for 20 to 30 hours per week. Your Role * Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude * Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and customer experience * Prepare coffee and espresso-based drinks * Handle orders and operate the POS system * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment What we are looking for * Previous experience as a barista or in customer service (café/restaurant preferred) * Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (permanent residents or citizens preferred) * Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers * Positive, professional and reliable * Able to work efficiently in a busy environment * Available for 20?30 hours per week * Weekend availability is required What we offer * $18.25/hour + tips * Staff discount * The opportunity to be part of a new and growing project * Stable hours (20?30h per week) * A team that values quality, care, and customer experience Pay: $18.25 per hour Work Location: In person
