Join the Team at Cork and Flame! We're looking for a Bartender who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced pub environment and has excellent customer service skills to join our team. If you?re passionate about providing top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited to: * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation * Take customer orders and offer personalized recommendations based on preferences, providing an exceptional guest experience * Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and responsibly refuse service to underage individuals * Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, utensils, and keeping the bar area sanitized and presentable * Process customer payments accurately, handle cash and operate the cash register * Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, enhancing their overall experience at the tavern * Follow all safety, health, and sanitation policies, ensuring the well-being of both customers and staff when handling food and beverages * Work collaboratively with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment * Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, especially in a busy, late-night setting Preferred Qualifications: * Previous bartending or barista experience is an asset but not required * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on customer satisfaction * Reliable transportation is preferred, as we operate late into the evening Why Join Us?
