Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar - Richmond Now Hiring: Bartenders This is a fully renovated, brand new premium venue featuring elevated food, a strong cocktail and bar program, and a high-energy atmosphere, all under one roof. We are looking for experienced bartenders who take pride in their craft and understand the pace, professionalism, and consistency required in a busy bar environment. Responsibilities * Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail * Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar throughout service * Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner * Recommend cocktails, beverages, and menu features when appropriate * Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service * Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages when needed * Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and maintain compliance with BC liquor laws * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation Qualifications * Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or lounge * Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine * Experience working with POS systems * Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Valid Serving It Right certification If you are an experienced bartender who takes pride in quality service and a well-run bar, we welcome your application.
