Responsibilities * Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete construction or restoration tasks. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. * Perform masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, or stone as part of renovation or restoration projects. * Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing of buildings. * Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation for new construction or renovation phases. * Support the operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes when necessary for project needs. * Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment while adhering to project timelines. Skills * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. * Construction experience with a focus on masonry, restoration, or renovation projects. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. * Knowledge of caulking techniques and sealing procedures for building maintenance. * Experience in using schematics for troubleshooting or installing systems. * Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and equipment use. * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt quickly to changing project demands.
