Business Analyst

Onsite 3x a week in Center City Philadelphia The Business Analyst supports a fast-paced production environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, improve processes, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and IT. Key Responsibilities Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams Gather and document business requirements; recommend solutions Analyze processes, identify issues, and drive improvements Reconcile enrollment and ID card data; report findings to stakeholders Investigate incidents, track defects, and ensure timely resolutions Support sprint planning and ensure progress toward development goals Assist with training, documentation, and procedure updates Lead projects impacting workflows and operational processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 3–4+ years of business analysis or related experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience working in fast-paced, multi-task environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervis io Show more Show less
